How We Get Started…
1:1 Nutritional Therapy. Initial Assessment: $225
A comprehensive assessment to get the full picture of your current lifestyle, habits, symptoms and health goals. This allows me to create a bio-individualized protocol that will address the root cause of your symptoms. (We’re gonna go deep here.)
How we do this:
Nutritional Assessment Questionnaire (NAQ)
An in-depth analysis to assess the symptoms you are experiencing and to identify dysfunction in your body.
4 Day Food & Mood Journal
This helps us analyze your lifestyle through digestion, hydration, movement and mood.
90 Minute Initial Interview
We will discuss the results of the forms you filled out, and I’ll gather any additional information needed to create a protocol personalized to you and your health goals.
Initial Interview Form
This is where we will discuss your health concerns, health history, hormones and lifestyle factors like sleep quality and stress levels.
What the next 3 months look like…
A 60 minute kick-off call with all your personalized recommendations
Bi-weekly 30 min check-in calls
Educational content to equip you to support yourself and advocate for your health (both with me and beyond!)
Unlimited support via Voxer or Email (M-F business hours for replies)
A new NAQ to assess the progress you’ve made and to see if further support is necessary
$675 (plus cost of supplements)
Payment plans available upon request
After the initial 3 months, we can continue month-to-month or in three month increments if you require further support.
